Great experience! Had some old jewlery to sell. Guys were very professional and gave me a fair amount for my gold, silver amd coins! Defiantly recommend and will be back again.

Don't understand how this place received 5 star reviews. Went in there with over $1,800 worth of items. Was offered only $80. These items are barely over a year old by the way. All of the pawn shops out here are crooked. Always trying to take advantage. Never again will I bother with these "businesses".

Be very wary of these guys. They will overcharge customers and not even tell them , expecting them to not even know what they owe .They will charge high late fees and not even tell the customer . very dishonest , I have first hand experience

JB'S jewelry and pawn is the oldest pawn shop in Meriden. The shop used to be located at 265 cook Ave. The shop is the best shop in Meriden, the shop buys,. sells and give loans on merchandise. They also have a large selection of items for sale. In business since September of 1989 serving Meriden and the surrounding cities the shop pays the most for gold and other jewelry as well as other items. Stop there first, you won't be disappointed.

Best pawn shop I've ever dealt with. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Has variety of everything you could possibly be looking for at great prices. Brought my items to numerous different pawn shops in the waterbury area glad I drove the extra teen minutes these guys blew all other offers offthe table. Would recommend this shop to any and everyone.

Best pawn shop in Meriden. Insanely friendly & helpful staff. Always treated with respect and have always gotten fair prices for the items I wanted to pawn/sell. This pawn shop wont rip you off (btw if you bring your old worthless junk in then obviously your not going to get a huge offer [if at all] and in the electronic world especially phones/laptops/tvs that are over a year old aren't worth as much as you'd like to think) and the prices they offer blow Meriden Pawn's offers off the table. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you want good service and fair offers.

The guys at JB are awsome treated me with respect and were very helpfull and took great care of me and my items. I wouldnt go to any other shop.
