Jay is the absolute best! He is very easy to work with and is up front about everything. He did everything that he could to get us the best rate as well as giving us multiple options. He is excellent at communicating and is always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand or needed more clarification. When it comes to something as important as getting a loan for your home, he is the best to work with and does not pressure you in anyway. He is very thorough and detailed oriented. 10 out of 10 would work with again!
