Joe was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in executing the closing of our condo in Waikiki. He was able to communicate with us efficiently so that we could get all of our documentation in that was needed and we were also able to close early which was great. He was able to answer all of our questions since we are not familiar with the mortgage industry. I trust Joe and his team and we are extremely happy with their services.
