We refinanced our home with Jay Dacey in 2020 and purchased a new home with them recently. We could not be more happy and satisfied with our experience with the entire team! The Jay Dacey team is amazing to work with. Would leave 10 stars if I could. We initially worked with Jay to refinance our mortgage a few years ago as we had a high PMI we were looking to lower. He helped us find a great solution and has remained in contact ever since. We always appreciate when we receive Jay’s letters keeping us updated and also communicating homes people may be searching for. We refinanced again with Jay’s team last week and Madeline was incredible to work with. She let us know exactly where things were at and the status of our refinance, as well as what was still outstanding. She is extremely detail oriented, and super great to work with. We didn’t have a great experience with our first mortgage lender so I seriously cannot recommend this team enough if you have ANY mortgage needs!!! New home, build, refinance.
