Jax Federal Credit Union Blanding Blvd, Orange Park

One of the best banking/credit union experiences I have ever had. These folks remember what “personal “banking was supposed to mean and truly treat you like you are their only customer. Thanks Betsy and co, you have restored my faith in Credit Unions.

My brother and I received horrible service at the Orange Park location today. The tellers were very nice, but they referred us to the Branch Manager, who yelled across the lobby, "What is it that you want?" I have never had a Branch Manager yell across the lobby to my brother and I to inquire why we were there. My brother is a Military Veteran. Our Military members, our Veterans, and their families should always be treated with the utmost respect, no matter how much money they have in their Jax Fed account. My husband and I have had an account with JaxFed Credit Union for over 30 years. We are done with this financial institution and will return to the Main Branch to close our accounts.

Ms. Betsy Weber has made Jax Federal Credit Union my bank. She has been extremely helpful each time I have needed financing. To me Jax Fed. Is a bank with ❤. Ms. Weber recognized my need and acted immediately.

Every time I go to JaxFCU. I am greeted immediately. The Customer Service at the 950 Blanding Blvd in O.P. Gives me confidence that they will take care of me. And Betsy is AMAZING!!

There are so many issues at this credit union providing the most basic services. Recommend finding a larger credit union that can be counted on to do the basic functions as a financial institution.

Wonderful experience Wana took care of my business account. I explained the issues that I was having with Vystar. Betsy and Anna were working on my personal accounts. They all work very smoothly together. Great teamwork! Atmosphere totally relaxed and friendly, very personal. I have found a new home.

JaxFCU made the car loan process simple and efficient start to finish. They took their time to explain all of the options, kept me informed and most importantly finalized the paperwork electronically. I simply picked up the check and was out the door.

Ms.Wana is just outstanding as a employee here. I stay by Dunn ave location and I drive 30 mins to go to Ms.Wana at the Blanding location. She treats you like your her family and not just any regular member. She always wants what’s best to benefit you even if it’s not benefiting her. She makes sure when you leave her bank that you left gaining something from even just coming in and having a conversation with her. Thank you for your dedication to the bank and members you help continue going forward in life !

I had an excellent experience with the Orange Park branch especially Tiffany. She was a great help navigating me thru the process of accessing my online banking.

The entire staff is always friendly, personable & greets with a smile. The member service I experience always exceeds my expectations with ea visit. I love this team!!!
