Community First Credit Union Blanding Blvd, Orange Park

All of the team members I have dealt with at this branch have been great. Ashley Soar, the branch manager has always been spot on, she is willing to help, and has fantastic follow through. She really makes you feel appreciated as a member.

I have really enjoyed the whole experience.they were the only ones willing to help me when I needed a new bank quick.helped set everything up including my direct deposit and I didn’t have to wait two weeks for it to start.and they have kept Ed in contact to make sure everything is good.

I received an account through community first only because they finance my new truck. I decided to open up a checking account with them to make making my car payment easy. I set up my account online went into the branch in Orange Park and was told by Amy sakes that I had to have my first middle and last name on my debit card and that I did not have the option to just have my first and last name she snatched my card from my hand and was very rude !!! I have other banks but I’m already seeing the kind of petty problems that I would incur banking with them. I will close my account before it is even open !!!

Amy was amazing!!! I have been with bank of America for 45 years and community first treated me better! So goodbye BofA and hello community first credit union. Amy spent 2 hrs with us working out a complicated situation that had nothing to do with community first.

Got a car loan through them with an 800 credit score at a fairly good rate at 3.8%. 2018 Nissan Armada. Had a horrible experience with them trying to simply get the ten-day pay off for the car as we traded it in and bought something new. You can’t call the branch directly the call center wouldn’t put us through. Went to local branch on blanding blvd that gave us loan and rep said they couldn’t help us w 10 day payoff asked to speak branch manager Lisa Ashworth who told us to call the call center. Seriously for a bank that prides themselves on being a community bank, I have never had such a bad experience at a financial institution. Don’t expect local service from this call center bank. Got our new 2019 Mini Cooper from VyStar, lower rates and much better customer service.

We the Mosher family loves our bank!...the mgrs and tellers are just awesome ... always professional and helpful...I love my bank!!

Very nice Bank very clean make very knowledgeable bankers will definitely be going back in there will consider opening a business account there very polite as I said great operating hours really really fine people you have work in there will be back for sure!

On Dec. 28 I stopped by the Orange Park branch on Blanding Blvd. I asked the mgr, Lisa Ashworth, to review my credit card usage, interest rates and rewards for the last 12 months to determine which card she thought would best suit my needs. After reviewing my account, calculating different rates for the cards they offer & evaluating rewards, in minutes she suggested that I stay with the card I was currently using. Especially since C1CU had just raised the cash back reward to 1.5%. Lisa is always incredibly helpful and one of the many reasons why I love where I bank.

This has been my credit union for nearly 30 years. Lisa Ashworth has been helping me with various matters for a good part of the experience. The service has always been quick and helpful; good staff with little turnover in personnel. An excellent choice for any credit union needs.

Love love love them! So glad we switched to a personal, local banker! They go above and beyond to make you happy, and treat you like family! It's nice when you need something that you can make that special call and they can make things happen that the bigger banks couldn't do! Make the switch if you haven't already!
