My husband and I as first time home buyers knew virtually nothing about the process of acquiring a loan. James made what could have been a complicated process incredibly smooth, and explained each step to us as we went along. He was always available when I needed to text or call about any questions I had, and was kind and resourceful throughout the entire process. We were able to buy our home in Arizona in just over a month because James made things so easy. I would definitely recommend him for nervous first-time buyers, or even seasoned buyers.

From there, we had repetative contact to resolve unforseen problems with financing and closing which would have been a nightmare if it werent for his patience, diligence and long hard hours (above and beyond the call of duty).
