    Wasted my time trying to setup an account online only for them to say I need to go into the branch to open. What’s the point of having the application process online? I am choosing a different bank.

    Best Credit Union in AZ. I left desert schools and came here. This is after Dsrt Schools had turned into Wells Fargo if you know what I mean? They have superior customer service. I have never had a problem with any employee here. I have high standards and this place has never let me down. The place is always neat and clean. Their debit cards earn cash back at certain retailers. I would highly recommend this place. They have the lowest credit card interest rates I've seen in the industry thus far. The only down side is that the cards are not the prettiest.

    I have a loan with Truwest. I never had done banking with them prior to opening this account. The staff there are helpful. Lines are small. Usually never more than 5 minutes waiting. I actually plan to open another account with them since they have won me over. One more thing I love about Truwest is their banking fees are very reasonable.

    when i lived in Texas, I was able to get new bills all year around. When I moved AZ, I could not get any new bills for the last 3 years expect before Christmas. I asked different Chase branches, no help! I finally try to call the credit union as my last hope. the other location could not help me, but this one - I really would like to thank the branch manager at Warner/Priest location. He made it possible.

    At this Truwest Credit Union I was checked in right away by the teller and taken care of quickly by Nicole Wenman. She was friendly and did not waste my time. I am glad I came to this Credit Union. They also have great specials. Check them out.

    My wife and I were stuck without being able to use our debit cards or charge cards Jan.2nd. Stores declined their use and no prior alerts to the problem. Corporate-get blast emails or texts to all customers on supposedly Visa servers going down. This was a very terrible experience and your company did nothing to help. We had to drive down to your branch and get in line to have branch personnel to answer questions! Don't let your vendors set your business. Your business is customer driven.

    Addendum: I'm so impressed with how well this branch has adapted to the pandemic. I was able to get a replacement debit card using their drive thru with their cool pneumatic tubes! Service was super fast! Prev: I love this branch. Super clean and what I'd expect from a professional business. And then I had a wonderful interaction with a bank teller. She called me "mi'jo", which made me feel cared for and kinda warm and toasty. Love it!

    Worst customer service ever! If you go into question something you've done at an ATM or after hours, such as a deposit, they will tell you that you need to wait until they can reach a back-office department located somewhere else - even though the ATM is on their property. Apparently their system does not show the transaction to them, yet it's all supposed to be one bank. They will tell you that they can't handle their own transactions, that they need authorization from some other department located in some other facility. Why place these people to work in a bank branch and handle your information if they're not trusted enough to handle the transactions? Every time I've gone in for assistance, I have been turned away and told that I need to wait until some other department is available. If you're going to have the branch open to do business with people, you need to have the other departments available to handle those transactions if the bank branch cannot have the authorization to do so. Waste of time and effort to even try to do anything with this bank. And I really did not appreciate the managers attitude of not her problem I need to deal with it.

    We signed a mortgage with TruWest in December 2018. In February, we noticed that our payments were being applied mostly to interest, not principal. We spoke with TruWest representatives on two occasions. Once we were told we would have to call and request each time a payment was made that we wanted our payment to be applied to the principal. The second time we were told that it was a mistake, that future payments would be applied to the principal. Stupid me, I believed them, and didn't double check. The past 5 months of payments have not be applied to our principal. I doubt any of them ever will, and I will actually have to call every month to have them redo the payment.

    We have been with the credit union since the 80’s. Love the products and services offered. There is room for improvement in your gift card distribution however, so much paperwork and time. ....
