Took my XF in for a warranty repair. As always, Jaguar service was amazing. My service advisor, Jason, is very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Jill and Bob were wonderful while my normal service writer Earl was out. Jill stayed on top of my service every step of the way. The only disappointing part was that my car was left with 9% gas left while picking it up and when we dropped it off, it had almost a quarter of a tank. That was a little weird, but nothing to fret about. Thanks for always looking out for the servicing of my car.

I can't speak for everyone at this location, but we had the pleasure of working with Robert Rayburn. He's a seasoned professional, a great communicator and listener, and someone we would buy again from if the opportunity presented itself. We custom-ordered a vehicle and he guided us through the process of building it all the way to driving it off the lot. 10/10 recommend Robert.

The best place for our LAND ROVER everyone were so kind and respectfully from the moment we made the appointment until we drop of our car we were treat with respect. I always have this panic to take my car in to a local chop or made the drive to the dealer se live in Buckeye, People don't waist your money or time, take your car to the dealer where they know what to do, Earl, Thank you for your service, and the gentle man with the cowboy hat, that takes your car in and even opens the door for you my respect to him Thank you. The entire experience, the service was incredible they even give us a car to drive who does that? what mechanic shop does that, no one right! no one. Land rover and Jaguar of Chandler are the best. Had a great purchase experience at Jaguar of Chandler. GM Bobby Perich returned a phone call to me about a used F-type that I had questions about, and generally made me feel welcome and comfortable with the dealership. An awesome GM that sets a great example for his people. Worked with Robert Rayburn on the deal and he was awesome as well. Ended up trading in current Jag and purchasing a certified used Jaguar......and all whom I dealt with pleasant to work with and left me with a great dealership experience. BEWARE! WARNING! This dealership sold me a vehicle that had overheating/AC issues. 6 to 7 months later after purchase, mechanics told me the vehicle needed a $13,000 engine/radiator replacement. Called dealership in which they said they were unwilling to work with me on the issue and they couldn't do anything about it. I am an Army Veteran and a fulltime college student who is in extreme debt due to purchasing a broken vehicle from this dealership

No question. Best service. Best sales experience. Best all around! I had an idea of what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, and thankfully Michael Young helped me fill in the gaps with his vehicle knowledge to help guide me to find me new Jaguar F-Pace! And it’s PERFECT! I’m so in love because it truly is me, and Michael listened to my needs and was amazing at helping me transition into a new Jag owner. He even gave me some Jaguar swag once he realized my birthday was coming up! The sales and finance managers were also very friendly and helpful, and Earl in service has been great with follow up appointments to install the protective features I added to keep my new car looking fabulous. I’m going back soon to have Earl powder coat my rims black to make my F-Pace more personalized to my individual character. I now feel like family walking in now! I can’t say enough good things other than they’ve created a customer/sister for life and all my friends will be encouraged to pay them a visit.

Took my vehicle in to have a fault diagnosed and Jason was extremely helpful in quickly finding and correcting the problem, which turned out to be a sensor. The environment was very pleasant and everyone that I spoke with was courteous and professional.
