I refinanced my car loan with Desert Financial, my experience with Lesley Vazquez was outstanding! She was very caring, patient and made the process very easy and hassle free!

I'm from out of state and I needed a new bank for a new job in Tempe. The first bank I stopped at wanted a copy of my rental lease agreement, birth certificate, social security card, paystub, two picture IDs and then it would take 3 days to complete a background check. I didn't have all this documentation on me so on the way home to get it all, I passed a Desert Financial. I decided to inquire with them as the previous banks policies sounded a bit odd. I went in and they set me up with a checking, savings, debit card, helped with direct deposit. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Polite, courteous and very professional they all were 👍.

Best bank/credit union. The staff is accommodating in ways that I've never experienced with any other banking facility. Also: the new employee named Dylan is an exceptional worker and has impeccable customer service skills. Give this man a raise.

DeAnn Zalenski, the manager at the branch, is the utmost professional. She greeted me by name and was a pleasure to work with to solve a problem. It is always pleasant to walk into the Ahwatukee branch as they are friendly from the front desk on. Never a very long wait if you need additional help.

Alexander is a lovely teller. He got me in and out in a timely fashion all a while having a great convo with me. I didn't feel like I was at the bank. I felt very comfortable.

I was feeling anxious about refinancing my loan on my vehicle, but decided to make an appointment to see my options. From start to finish, Janice at the Ahwatukee location was super helpful, returned my calls promptly and was even available early on Saturday to accommodate my busy work schedule. Felt like the entire process was very transparent and she answered all my questions adequately. I've been banking with another big branch for over 10 years and I might be switching the rest of my accounts over to Desert Financial based on the customer service and availability alone. The only good in this bank is one employee Nathanial Wietfeldt.. He is a very good service adviser, he is agile and very cordial person. But the worst part in this bank is the person who makes the notarial documents.. I needed to notarized my signature and personal ID from my original country and she was thinking maybe I am going to do suspicious things.. 😡 Go to school and learn Spanish for sure you are going double your income and you are going to have more credits in your job.
