Buying anything that requires large amounts of money and documentation is very stressful. I was a bit on edge as I had a bad experience with a previous lender. Our refinance couldn’t have been easier. We worked with Ryan H. over the phone got to know our situation and had some options right away. We weren’t really quite sure on which option to choose but he followed up a couple weeks later with even better news, the interest rates had come down. We went ahead with a cash out refinance he gathered all the information he needed and we uploaded documents on their easy to use website. In about a month we were ready to sign documents and it was just as easy. Definitely will recommend Ryan at Apex!
