James Walford - State Farm Insurance Agent Se 14th St, Des Moines

I have had insurance through Walford State Farm for around 8 years now. Any time I call or need something they are right on it. I called Victor last night with an urgent need and without hesitation he got things rolling and taken care of. I cannot say enough about the great customer service they show.

Love State Farm, but definitely find a different agent. Thanks for the response - I was a client for 20+ years until recently when couldn't get a simple issue resolved despite multiple calls/emails over months. Worst customer service ever. P.S. wasn’t looking for perfect, just basic service.

They are great when you need something! Cheap on my boyfriends motorcycle and renters insurance but but way more to add me and my car, so bundling didn't work with us. Great people though!

James Walford State Farm makes you feel right at home. I worked with James front office staff who was very respectful and listened to my needs. James was not shy to sit down and review my information and make sure my little ones were not only insured but covered for life! I would recommend this agency to anyone who needs to shop their rates. I had to go to my State Farm Office to get credit for having my car towed. Spent an enjoyable time with Casandra. She quickly wrote out a check for me and then helped me reduce my monthly car payment, and coached me how how to buy a new car. I was very impressed with her knowledge of cars and her wonderful and helpful demeanor. I am so glad she works for James.

Cale Michel was my agent, I would highly suggest using him as your agent. He saved me a considerable amount of money per month, for more than double the coverage I had with Progressive. Had a car accident on February 2nd. From the very beginning as I contacted State Farm they were a 150% phenomenon is the percent phenomenal. From the very beginning as I contacted State Farm they were a 150% phenomenal. They gave me phone numbers for each department that was handling my claim .I was rear ended on 235. They took care of my rental car as well as any problems that I had any questions, they were very accommodating.

I have only been with State Farm a few months but my agent Tessa has been wonderful! She’s very friendly, professional, and always responds in a timely manner! I am the client who emails all the time but she has been very helpful through each question. I would recommend them 100%

They are always giving me the best information and doing everything they can to help me as a customer. Victor set aside plenty of time so that he could thoroughly explain to me what State Farm had to offer, and compare it to my current insurance. Victor said upfront, We are interested in building 'RELATIONSHIPS' we want the best policy for you, as an individual. Whether it be through State Farm, or not! What he offered, will most likely be hard to beat, as I (for practice), would like to check out a few more options.
