Jake is hands down one of the best loan officers I've ever worked with. His communication is great, provides you with updates as soon as he gets them, and more importantly offers solid advice to help determine the best route for the loan you are working on. For example, he made a suggestion on a cash out refinance loan which if I wait a few extra months, I would be able to have a much lower interest rate at a 1.5% rate difference which resulted in me saving a good amount on my new monthly mortgage. Jake is highly knowledgeable and experienced and I look forward to working him again in the future.
