I don't even know where to begin in describing Tracy Harding. She is the most loving, caring, and supportive person someone could work with. I was on Active Duty as a combat medic, with 15 months in Afghanistan. Unfortunately toward the end of my deployment, I returned home disabled after an RPG blast. My credit took a hit, I went through a divorce, and so forth. The unfortunate story of a transitioning veteran at times. While I had the VA Home Loan benefit, I was fearful I would never be able to use it. That is until I met Tracy. Initially I was hesitant to reach out to people to initiate the mortgage process. I wasn't confident in my financial background post-Afghanistan, and I was fearful that I would be preyed upon or scammed, which is the unfortunate reality for a disabled veteran at times. That being said, I took a chance and reached out to Tracy, and it's a moment that will forever be life changing. Tracy is a SAINT and a miracle worker!!!! She immediately hopped on the phone and began discussing the process with me, and put to rest any fears I had. She helped me realize my dream of becoming a homeowner could be a reality, and it was easier than it seemed with her in my corner. I have worked with lot of mortgage brokers for my new mortgage and refinance needs, but dealing with Mike Farrell and Faye Fitzgerald at Grandview Lending is impeccable. Thank you does not seem like enough. My circumstances were difficult, some might say Herculean. A refinance was my saving grace. Others turned me down without even trying. Not so with Grandview. I really enjoyed working with Tim Ayers and Laura Wessel. They were both very knowledgeable and worked diligently throughout the whole process. We hit several snags on the lender's end of things, but Tim and Laura were able to adapt very well and make it happen. I presented them both with a fairly challenging situation as I was processing two mortgages simultaneously. Furthermore, both of these mortgages were being handled according to the delayed financing exception within the category of cash-out refinances. If you know anything about this type of mortgage, you know that it has lots of restrictions and requires a significant amount of paperwork. But, Tim and Laura rose to the occasion. Communication was timely and efficient. I rarely had to wait for a call back from Tim as he was virtually always available whenever I would call. And, Laura worked very hard behind the scenes to overcome the specific set of challenges that are inherent to these types of mortgages. I was in good hands the whole way. I'll be doing more business with Grandview in the future and would highly recommend their team to anyone else who might be looking for a competent, ethical, and attentive broker.
