    Had a great experience with Ken and Jackson Nissan. I was at first hesitant make the drive out, until Ken took the time to speak to me in detail about the used Nissan Rogue I was interested in. I felt much more confident in the car after he took the time to take Live Photos of the car, reviewing the cars history with me, and what they did service wise to the car to make sure the car was safe. Ken also went on the test drive with me to show me how to use all the features. I was extremely happy with my experience at Jackson Nissan. I recommend Jackson Nissan to anyone looking for a new car!

    I completed an online application and request for more information for a 2021 Nissan Rogue on a Tuesday evening and honestly had been car searching for a few weeks - all the sales folks were either snappy or didn't have inventory. I had no expectations but felt it was worth a shot. I heard back from Neal Kotlarek bright and early the next morning. He reached out to learn about my needs, wants, and what I was looking for and then went into next steps. Often when you connect with a car salesperson, you feel pushed or rushed - I felt none of the sort with Neal. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me vs making a sale. I work from home and he was also very thoughtful with the times that we would connect with updates and making an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle. By Saturday morning I was driving away in Ruby (that's her name). Not only did he make the experience feel natural and fun, he made it special. When I arrived Neal and Matt Walsh had a bow on my new truck and were ready to take pictures. Then we spent time going over the paperwork and all the business details - and then we went and took more pictures! My mother came with me and they were very welcoming to her as well. Even Kathi at the front desk was nice. It was about an hour drive from me, but I am telling everyone who compliments my truck and that I know that it was absolutely worth it. If you are looking to make a new purchase or lease - this is the dealership to go to! My experience with this team was remarkable. I felt like more than a customer and I am sure that you will too.

    Took my car here for service, oil change and rotating tires. I only go to Jessica, one of the service managers, as she is absolutely fantastic! Jessica is always smiling, friendly and makes me feel like I am part of the Nissan family. She is very thorough with her questions she asks about what I want done, information about what is being done on my car and then if anything is found that needs to be dealt with now or in the near future, she takes the time to explain everything completely. I have COMPLETE TRUST, in her knowledge and service being done to my car at Nissan because of Jessica. I purchased my car there, which is a Subaru, so she checks on everything that needs to be done as they don’t do everything on Subaru cars. But Jessica takes the time and extra effort to make phone calls or provide numbers for me if I need to do something at a Subaru dealership, or she gets the information for me. I will continue to take my car there for all the work that they can do. And the Nissan service people are awesome as they do fantastic work, as it is a true team or family philosophy in the service area.     We were hesitant coming to the Jackson Nissan as we had a bad experience in the past. I called and spoke with Ken because I found a vehicle that I really liked. He was very pleasant on the phone. We decided to go take a look and every person we came in contact with there was AMAZING! Ken is someone that seemed like an old friend which made the whole experience that much better. I would recommend anyone to head there and have the same experience I did!

    First time doing business with Jackson Nissan and our experience was excellent! Saw a used car on the lot that we really liked but it was near closing time. Raleigh did not hesistate to offer us a chance to hear the car run and sit in it. He was quick to provide us a thorough history on the car and answer all of our questions honestly. We were sold even without a test drive. Since it was the weekend and we lived an hour away, he ensured the car would be cleaned and ready to go the next business day. We returned and the car was inside from the winter weather ready to go. Matt and Raleigh helped us finalize the deal and ensure we got the best rate possible. Kathi was also very welcoming to our family while we wanted for behind the scenes paperwork. The whole experience made us feel like we had all been friends for years. The professional, friendly staff is the reason we recommend Jackson Nissan for anyone's car purchase.

    I purchased my vehicle at Graff Nissan in Okemos, Michigan and began having problems with the radio intermittently going in and out. I dropped the vehicle off several times and the service department there could not find the issue. One time, I left it there for 2 1/2 weeks and they still could not find the issue. This went on for almost a year. Out of frustration, I called Jackson Nissan to see if they could find the problem. I spoke to Jessica in the service department who was courteous and accommodating. I expressed my concerns and she set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning so that a tech could look at my vehicle right away because I was driving from out of town (about an hour away). When I arrived, I was promptly attended to. After about 20 minutes, Jamie came into the service waiting area and told me that my issue was fixed. They both (Jessica and Jamie) explained that it was a transportation fuse that wasn't installed properly. Jamie also showed me where the fuse was located so that if I had problems in the future, I knew where to look and subsequently fix it myself. I have not had a single problem since I cannot express how grateful I am that my issue is now fixed. You truly have star employees with these two!

    I was able to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle for the following day, afterwards I decided to purchase it! Raleigh made the whole process as smooth as I could have hoped for! He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient & helpful! We left with our new vehicle the same day & we couldn’t be happier with it!     Did the oil change and tire rotation. Jessica recommended doing the transmission fluid flush. Then she called me to recommend a new air filter and she showed me the one they removed. Good recommendation.

    Recently ended a lease. Only to have deal with being pushed into a corner with Nissan. No manufacturer could buyout my Nissan/lease except Nissan. I got turned away dozens of times, every dealer highly recommended I buy out the lease . The market is crazy and used vehicles has decent equity even if i bought out my lease. EXCEPT for the fact Nissan threw in an outrageous fee onto my boy out loan of $3900 for “labor contract fee.” My fault for rushing to get through the paperwork process to get back to work. They closed at 6:00 and he didn’t want to do the paperwork at 530. i have bought out a lease once but never to have this happen they added almost a $4000 fee for service contract on top of the additional normal fees of tax, license etc. So not only did Nissan force me to deal with only them because no other dealer was allowed to buy out my vehicle, then they penalized me for buying my vehicle out and took away any equity i could have had in my vehicle because they charged me almost 4000$ to do the buyout paperwork. The worst leasing deal I have had in over 15 years of leasing .The world is getting harder with inflation ,and trying to take care of our families. Thank you Nissan for making it even better-

    On Monday, June 20th, I decided to go to Jackson Nissan to see some used Nissans that I had seen on their website (they have more used cars, including several other brands, than most dealerships). I already had a 2014 Nissan Rogue and loved it. I decided to stay with the Rogue and they had three. I ended up getting a 2019 Rogue SL AWD with really low mileage. Ken, the salesman I worked with, was great and easy to talk with. There was absolutely no pressure and he was up front and answered all my questions while showing me the Rogues. I did not feel hurried and I left later that afternoon in my new certified used Rogue very happy and pleased with Ken and Mat (financing). It was a really great experience and I am looking forward to taking my car there for scheduled services.

    I put in an online parts order - and they refused to take it. Gave an excuse - so I offered to remove the "body" parts they claimed they didn't sell - at which time he said they just didn't want my order. I appreciate them wasting my time. If they don't want to sell parts online - then don't sign up for the program.

    Ken was awesome! Very informative and helpful but not pushy in anyway. He followed up with me after my test drive asking if I needed any questions answered or more information. Prior to my purchase we were able to get as much done ahead of time before I picked up my car. Neal, Nissan’s finance guy, was helpful, friendly and very organized with all the paperwork to close the purchase. Very happy with my experience with Jackson Nissan. I would highly recommend if you are in the car hunt, to see and talk with Ken. You will not be disappointed.

    Always meets my expectations and surpasses. Expectations above and beyond. Jessica Irvine is always so pleasant when I drive in for my service. She always takes the time to go over what the Service Dept. will be doing and takes the time to go over with me all that they have done. She also gives great options for my vehicle (e.g. keeping my battery charged when my vehicle is not driven that much). She is an excellent addition to Jackson Nissan.

    I had been looking for this Truck for a year with no success. Then one day by chance I called Jackson Nissan again but this time they said that just what I was looking for was in transit and should arrive in a few weeks.     I called and set up an appointment and she was ready for me when I pulled in. Jessica went everything that I wanted done and then made some additional suggestions based on the mileage on my car. No pressure but just made me aware of them and if not this time maybe the next time I bring it in.     I purchased my Rogue at Jackson Nissan in February 2021. It was the exact car I wanted and my sales experience was excellent. The dealership is not close to my home, but feel it is worth the drive for the service I have received. I have had two service calls for my car since my purchase. Jessica Irvine has assisted me on both occasions. She has been helpful and informative, but most of all, she is one of the most cheerful people I have worked with. I wish there could be more Jessica's out working in the world it would make it a better place.

    I wanted to highlight one employee in particular who went above and beyond and delivered excellent customer service. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient with every one of my questions. When I found out she had been with the company for less than a year I couldn't believe it. The level of knowledge she had and the way she communicated with me about the updates and status of my transmission repair is something I would never expect a non-mechanic to know. I would have believed she was in the business for more than 10 years. Nissan is lucky to have her. In fact, when I purchased my car from Nissan in 2015, I had a terrible experience and had ultimately decided I would not be a return buyer. The salesman sold me a car that met my two key conditions I provided: 1) heated seats, but not leather, and 2) automatic car starter. When I got home and could not figure out how to start the car I returned to the dealership and the salesman discovered I did not have an automatic car starter. The manager asked if I would help pay for half of the install and said that it would have to be installed through a third party - not through the manufacturer. After discussion, they agreed to pay for it all, but after I asked about the extended warranty I bought through the dealership and how that would be covered if a third party was involved with any work on my car, they said if it was deemed that any issues arose because of work done by the third party that the warranty would be void and that the third party would be on the hook for any damages and that I would need to work through them. They also decided the work would be done by a shop that did not have a website or facebook page, so I wasn't confident in their work or ability to stay afloat long-term to even potentially handle any issues. I ultimately decided to walk away with a car that did not have the automatic car starter I was "sold" and the mindset I would never do business with Nissan again. Luckily, my extended warranty brought me back in for work that would be covered on my transmission. Jess's professionalism, knowledge, patience and extra effort to make my experience 5-star has shifted my mindset (and she has no idea of my prior terrible experience through the dealership - and is the reason my likelihood of revisiting the idea of purchasing another Nissan or recommending to friend is even "likely" vs "definitely not" ). I understand the dealership is also under new management. I want to thank Jess for an amazing experience.

    I went in this dealership. I had a Nissan Rogue rental and I could not figure out the navigation system and the phone connections. I walked into the dealership, the receptionist asked if I needed help. I told her I was not a customer but I needed help with navigation system. She got me a salesperson that was a tech savvy Guru. His name was Ken. I told Ken that I was not a customer. He said I will help you. Help me he did, he was very patient and showed me how to work the different systems that I had trouble with. He also said give me a call if you have trouble later on. Excellent customer service and I wasn't even a customer!
