Community Choice Credit Union W Parnall Rd, Jackson

Was unemployed and trying to set up the debt protection they sell to protect against it. The debt protection took two months to activate. However before it activated even though I was cooperating and keeping them informed of things on my end. It was their debt protection that they sell that was not activating for two months. So they went into my wife's personal account and took the last but of money we had for our mortgage. Yes they were owed three money however they had not said that they were anywhere near needing to doc mine and my wife's accounts. And the fact that they did this without notification or even communicating that was what they were doing and almost caused us to lose our home. And the kicker two days after they took the money without notification the debt protection kicked in and they got paid for the two months I was behind. So they took the last of my money then got paid by their debt protection and then proceeded to deny a refund of the money. Will not be doing anymore business with them. Closing my accounts and paying off my loan and I'm done

When I was buying my first car the employees made the whole process so easy. I got a great deal on my loan and they were there every step of the way. I've had people in the past make me feel dumb for not already knowing everything but these guys really put in the extra miles to help me.

I have an auto loan with CCCU and very much have been satisfied with their service and the ease of use with their E-banking options. Recently I applied for a home equity loan and the entire staff made the process seem effortless. I would absolutely recommend for any and all banking needs!

We could not have been more impressed with Andrew DeHaven from Community Choice. He was instantly likable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We talked to him about our need for a loan and after explaining our options, he helped us apply and we had the money in our account the next day...with a great interest rate. Would very highly recommend him!

Tevin opened my account and was super friendly! The manager Bridge made it a point to stop in during the account opening to meet me and say hi. That means a lot to me. Melanie has worked with me a few times and is super sweet. I just love my new credit union and all the people who work there!!

I have been a member of this CU since it was EECU (many, many years ago). Always great service but I just did another auto loan here and was completely blown away by Kina. This credit union has BY FAR been the best place to do business with. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The teller I worked with kimmy, was absolutely amazing with every need I had. 10/10 on every scale for a visit. Highly recommend this credit union for everyone!

My experience withe the Jackson office of Community Choice Credit Union has been nothing but great. On multiple occasions I have received prompt , professional and friendly service. The tellers and assistant manger ( Andrew ) have assisted me with setting up my e banking and at times have literally walked me through the process or actually completed the process for me so when I left all I needed to do was use the service on my iPhone.At times when one of the tellers was unable to provide idea the assistance I needed, they went to an other teller or office person who was glad and ready to help. Recently I had the opportunity and privilege to to receive assistance from Melanie Smith set up a Trust account. Melanie was very , professional, helpful and knowledgeable as she assisted me in the process , answering a multitude of questions and when she was unconscious certain about information I needed , she sought out clarification for the assistant manager Andrew Dehaven who was equally as helpful, friendly and professional. Overall, the total experience exemplified community Spirit and a genuine willingness to serve. Thank you so much for all my experiences with Community Choice Credit Union.

I’ve been a little unsure about how to go about a few things, financially, but most of my worries have been resolved with the great service I received at Community Choice Credit Union of Jackson. Andrew DeHaven in particular was SUCH a great help! He was very informative, relatable, and incredibly patient. Every answer to my questions came thoroughly and complete. I ended up receiving information regarding my inquiries, but also a surplus of info that I will definitely put into use in the future. In conclusion, I’m very proud to be CCCU member!

I complained to an employee at the Parnell Road branch about the Spring Arbor Road branch having birthday parties during Business hours .how rude and how unprofessional it was. The Parnell Road employee said oh well we have parties here all the time during business hours. Absolutely disgusting very tacky and unprofessional!!!!!!!

Tell me why I waited for 20 minutes, left a call back number or whatever. Never got a call. Called again, and waited on hold for 45 minutes. Paul from the call center answered, couldn’t help me so he was going to transfer me to someone who could. Then I was sent to the menu options just repeating again, and said my wait time was 40 minutes. You’re telling me I have to wait two hours to talk to a human?
