Jaclyn and Matt took care of my business insurance needs. Business insurance is a new realm for me. I had a bunch of insurance related questions and I was walked through detailed answers and then was followed up with to ensure everything still made sense after I had time to digest everything mentally. Matt has been extremely attentive and patient while helping me select the right policy for my business needs. Insurance is something we all must have. However if your like me, you don't want to mess with it. Kim Grimm at Iscential made the whole process easy and pleasant. Melissa Mercado is hands down the best. I'd been struggling for about three years to get my husband on my auto insurance. We were insured through USAA and it was going to cost 3x what I was currently paying to add him to my insurance. I met Melissa earlier this year and we sat down soon thereafter. After a series of nightmare mistakes made by my mortgage company, my homeowners policy got double paid. This threw my escrow out of whack & my mortgage payment nearly doubled! Progressive Ins. Denied my 65-year-old father who is on dialysis and disability claim on a technicality, my father had this accident a year ago and progressive denied the claim because apparently he was not on the insurance and was not authorized to drive this vehicle, my father had no choice but to drive himself to dialysis clinic because my mother was sick and unable to Friné him, but progressive tried to get my mother to file s police report stating that my father stole the van. My father has been weighting on a kidney transplant for 4 years now and need a A vehicle to go to his clinic, doctors appointments, and hospital, to add insult to injury we are forced to pay for Repaires that are in the estimated cost of 10,000, and still have to give monthly payment to chase bank and progressive ins. Not to mention all parts are on back order so the van has bee. In the shop for a year now, thank you progressive you guys are great. Make your own choices but I home you read this and it helps.
