    Very nice staff, and upgraded building. However their policy about overdraft is a crime. Well we credited you in January we can’t reverse anymore. I honestly had a job change, and spent a little much on credit credit cards with a 770 score they said they couldn’t help me get a consolidated loan last year for nothing. With fees I have spent $725 this year alone. What is the point of small banks with the same fees as bigger banks. They at least are easier to find. Last O.D. my life insurance withdrew, and acorns. Hope others will strive; one day will be back to normal.

We also have a great money management tool within online/mobile banking that makes budgeting easier. As for our overdraft product, the fee is actually fairly low compared to other institutions and it’s only there for those who want it. Each member may choose whether or not they want that as part of their account service. We do try to work with each individual, and we’re happy to work with you. Keep in mind that there are limitations in place on what we’ll reverse as those policies are intended to prevent abuse of the system and also to motivate individuals to be disciplined in their budgeting and management of their funds.     DO NOT BANK WITH THEM The negative reviews are 100% true. They have incredibly parasitic policies and will take advantage of you whenever possible. With loans especially, they WILL take you to the cleaners. This has become a predatory bank and you should take your business elsewhere. It won’t be much longer before they wind up in litigation.

    The policy in question is an industry and state required standard that you will find with any lender. It is in place to minimize the risk of loss on the institution and to mitigate any possible negative credit reporting in the future for you, the borrower. All lending institutions require the borrower to provide full coverage insurance by a certain date, otherwise Collateral Protection Insurance must be added in its place. With the obligation on your part not being met, we did have to utilize means necessary to protect the vehicle. As stated above, institutions in the state of Texas follow all regulations regarding insuring your automobile. Confirming with our lending department, we have received confirmation on your end that all obligations through the state and our credit unions policy have been met and we did offer a resolution.

    A complete nightmare! I Applied for a personal loan, received an email saying I was approved. Get a call from a representative asking me questions and the next thing I know I’m get a call back saying I’m declined. Absolutely disgusting to yo-yo people around like this. I advise anyone reading this to take heed and not apply here.

There are occasions where we don’t meet those satisfactions that you expect.     I'm starting to wonder as well if I should take my business to someone else I've been dealing with cyfaircreditunion for over 30 years and I'm starting to notice I have a secured credit card and it's been a hiccup ever since I've gotten it my credit score is not moving up I'm starting to wonder if I'm wasting my time.

    Mr. Jackson, please understand that there are numerous factors that influence one’s credit score. Simply having a credit card may not do much to get you to your desired score. You also need to take into consideration certain behaviors, actions, and other factors that can have an impact. We would be happy to sit down with you to see where you are at, where you want to be, and discuss ways that you can improve your credit score to reach that goal. Additionally, we have a free service for members called SavvyMoney that offers you a look at your own credit score and report, along with great tips for improving your score.     Do not do business with this credit union. Lies, lies and more lies. I paid my vehicle off 6 months early and was still charged my monthly note . I actually came in and paid it off for a smoother transition. Worst experience with any financial institution ever. Luckily I don’t live paycheck to paycheck. They will come up with excuse after excuse to extend your loan and get more money out of you through fees and savings accounts.

    I love ms Nora and ms Debbie they were always really friendly and kind to me when I would go in there the woman with blind hair they always remain professional but the African American man that worked in their was full of himself he ignored most of people that walked in but cyfair But they forced me to go into overdraft protection program to where my account went to negative multiple of times where I had to pay them back on several occasions where they completely whipped me out of my money they tried to help me but they gotten to the point where I could where I payed so many overdraft fees where I could not pay my own personal bills I could not feed my own daughter or buy her clothiers my personal needs I literally move into my apartment in two weeks I tried to consult with higher ups they have no cooperative contact but the manager tried to contact someone to try to help me I am trying to see if they can get into contact with someone because this every month the same repeating cycle with bank I am sick of it money is root to all evil I been banking with this bank for six years plus never ran into this situation I am tired of it it’s no disrespect but they have drowned me in overdraft fees in last three months it’s not fair being a single mom living with other people having the bank flooding you out off one income they acting they understand collecting their tax dollars

    Google needs half stars.🌟 😑 Every since Cyfair changed ownership, they have forgotten about the members that got it there. Communication could change the outcome of a dire situation if executed properly. The world has been through something and some are still dealing...We just thought being a part of a local credit union would be diffrent from big banking. I know a handful of members pulling accounts may not mean much to them, but when do they start focusing on the "Why" they're leaving instead of "What " they're leaving.
