iQ Credit Union Ne Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver

This branch SUCKS!!! I left my card in the ATM accident so I went into the branch to let them know. The Teller lies to me and said the machine automatically shreds any left cards. This is not true they are stored until a person opens the machines. They then tell me there’s a $5 charge for a new card. Seems real annoying that I know my card is less than 5 feet away and they want to charge me to get a new one instead of grabbing it for me the next time they access the machine. I asked to speak with a manager as the fee seemed silly to me. The manager did offer the waive the fee but not after having a condescending tone and explaining to me about all the costs associated with printing a piece of plastic. While I still love this bank I’ll be visiting other branches where the tellers and managers are happy to assist their customers.

I regret that I open account with this bank, couldn’t login for a month in to Acc. because they switching to another system.Trying to call they never answer have to always leave a number but location not busy at all, went in to get a statement, apparently I can get in with out my wife even its a joint account. What a joke not a bank, will get my direct deposit somewhere else, tired of this nonsense

Used to have an account at lackamas ..but IQ they said I could not keep it open without using it and they would start charging me a fee.... So closed account and went to another Credit Union. No issues with just letting money sit over here. After all they loan it out to other people and make money off of it and give you a piddly little interest amount. What's the issue IQ you don't like making money?

Awesome service, they noticed fraudulent activity on my account disabled my card and notified me promptly you can be sure to feel your money is safe with this company 👍🏼👍🏿

Staff seems allergic to knowing how their own company works. Several policies are terrible, often goes back on what was said. Won't ever admit when they made a mistake.

Bonnie at the Fourth Plain Branch is ray of sunshine! Knowing I was in a bit of a time crunch, she worked quickly with a smile to help me open up a new account. I'm not sure why there are bad ratings. My experience was nothing but amazing and I'm looking forward to banking with IQ Credit Union!

Nothing wrong with the bank, but their decision to go with an exclusively tall ATM, is nothing but short sighted. Anyone driving a sedan will have a very hard time reaching the buttons, let alone seeing anything on the screen.

Very helpful staff. BUT BEWARE.... The water fountains will jack you in the eye, from feet away, with merely a breeze landing on the push-bar. I would daresay the water fountains are possessed at this IQ branch. The damn thing pumps like a fire hose for a second, then gurgles, swelling and shrinking like a mean kid teasing a dog with a treat. I JUST WANTED A DRINK OF WATER

The ATM never works correctly. 4 or 5 trips to this drive thru ATM and it has bugged out every time

I’m a student teller at heritage and I came here for my hours and this was the friendliest branch I’ve been to
