I’d give 10 stars to Josh and Brad if I could. I have now purchased my first home, refinanced it , and bought a bigger home with them in less than 3 years. My most recent home purchase was done from offer to closing in less than 3 weeks! This saved me two moves and a ton of stress. They didn’t just care about the deal they cared about my overall financial health throughout every process. Josh is a genius and has taught me more about finances than I even knew I needed to know. I used ipro for my first purchase. Both Josh and Bradley were responsive and knowledgeable. I am going to be honest, I shopped a lot for a loan but regardless of where I went I couldn't find better rates or costs when it was all said and done. After using iPros services, i doubt that I will be going anywhere else as long as these two guys continue to work in the industry. Every conversation I had with them was understandable to a layman and i knew they had my best interests at heart. I cant recommend Josh and Bradley highly enough. 10/10
