Love this credit union. Great friendly staff. Super fast in helping me not only create an account, but making me feel as if I matter to them and being a part of canvas. Could explain one or two things a little more but other than that amazing.

I have never had a bad experience or been treated badly. I’m always greeted with a smile and asked how they can help me. I recently opened a checking account with canvas and Holly was great. I had lots of questions and she took the time to answer them and made sure I understood.

I love and depend on the Canvas Credit Union. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't think of going back to a bank. Their website is user friendly and easy to use. I've only used the app occasionally but did not experience any difficulties. It is so much easier not to have to fill out so much paper to make a deposit or withdrawal, just produce your ID and tell the employee what you would like done and it is done quickly and efficiently. My only negative comment would be that they move their employees around too much. I like getting to know those folks in my bank and developing a friendly relationship with them.

Erica and Michael were more than patient with me on this difficult process of buying an out of state car. Helped me out on getting a car I've wanted for a long time. I've never been through this kind of process before and I feel I could do this again with no problem. Will 100% be getting my cars and maybe a house through them later in life

I walked into Canvas unsure of how it could be done, but knowing I needed a loan after having had my car totaled. Darrien, Ben, and Brandon set into motion a smooth and efficient plan that quickly moved through approval and my cash to make another purchase. Follow through and follow up have been awesome. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Quincey and Buckley location has the best staff ever! Rates are competitive and have several products to choose from. I have had home loans and 3 auto loans through them with the best rates. They have favorable savings plans as well.

Don't waste your time applying Canvas Credit Union. I was told three times technical difficulties at the last minute and couldn't be interviewed and then when we were all set for the fourth time and the interview was scheduled and set again then I was told the position has already been filled. Very unorganized this tells me poor work ethics. It makes absolutely no sense, I was keeply discriminating against. Emotionaly unstable Dorian Adams so called Talent Champion, stood me up three times with regards to an interview. Excuse after excuse, why would you still try to make an interview time after your manager "apparently" told you the position was already filled. I'm reporting this company.

If i could give 0 stars I would!! Do NOT finance a vehicle with them, they are by far the worst and have no communication with the FAMILY members like they state on their page or over the phone. My vehical was stolen back in April, 5 months later and still no car payment history from them for my Auto insurance or GAP! I call and ask them for the 3yrs of payments and twice ive been charged $27 for a copy of it. And twice its been wrong. There excuse is there system doesn't go back that far. Everytime I call, one supervisor says this another that. They say ill call you and never do, went through my dealership and they tell the finance director will be intouch and its been a week. No call, no emails! Some supervior named GUY said he would call us back like 5 times and still waiting on that call. Still paying on that car that i don't have and the day l missed my payment it was reported bringing me down. Thanks for nothing CANVAS!!!!!!
