I recently worked with Andrea on refinancing a rental property. Having worked with other companies before on a similar transaction, I felt prepared for the arduous process that I had come to expect. Much to my surprise and delight, working with Andrea was nothing like my previous experience. In fact, the process was so smooth and easy, I wondered why everyone in the mortgage industry didn't work the same way. Andrea was always available to answer questions and assist with my paperwork. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, Andrea even managed to have the title company agent handle the closing at my house.
