Premier Family Mortgage is a real family business with members who answer the phone in a friendly and interested manner! I received a letter in the mail introducing me to their company, explaining that a review of public records indicated that they may be able to lower my interest rate. I had been provided confusing misinformation for a refinance by a local bank mortgage officer 5 years ago, so with hesitation, I checked the BBB rating for Premier. It was very good, so I called. I was put in touch with Francisco, who had the expertise to provide clear explanations for all of my questions. I decided to see what he could do. I called, texted and emailed during the ensuing process and received a response within a few hours, every time. He truly looked to optimize my benefit and was able to lower my interest rate substantially while cutting 5 years off of the loan itself, with a minimal raise in my monthly premium.
