Just finished our second transaction with David Phelps at IPL Mortgage. He and Monica were awesome to work with; they made the process so easy and helped us get a fantastic rate. They kept us updated along the way and had everything wrapped up so quickly, which really helped alleviate the stress of buying a home. Mikael and Madison at IPL Mortgage were great to work with on my two recent refinance loans. The rates were incredible and I will save tons in interest and pay off my properties in less years. They were great about keeping me updated and running interference with the underwriter. Two loans at once could be daunting but they made it much easier than I feared it would be. IPL were great to work with! David Phelps, Monica, and Michelle were very attentive and responsive. The refinance process was made clear and was painless. I believe the whole process took about 6 weeks, during a time when there was a HUGE rush of people doing them (trying to lock in a rate before the elections, in case they go up). I originally was recommended to them by a friend who is my financial-go-to for advise. I would definitely recommend using this team for your refi!

David Phelps was my Mortgage Banker and he was amazing! I was kept in loop through every step of refinancing. He got me an amazing rate and he and his team were always quick to respond with any questions I had. The thought of refinancing for the very first time seemed daunting but he made it super easy and convenient. I closed my loan today, from start to finish it only took a little over a month. I have already began recommending him to friends also looking to refinance and they haven't found a company with better rates than ILP.

UPDATE 1/4/21 - I refinanced a second time with IPL Mortgage, and the team was again wonderful. Highly recommend this company! ------- Refinancing your mortgage is not exactly a fun process. But IPL Mortgage made it as quick and pain free as possible. Mikael and Madison were very pleasant to work with and were extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Everything closed on time and I got a great rate on a 20 year refinance. This is the best mortgage company I have worked with. Recommended!
