Gary Acha is the best - prompt, always available, responds quickly, knowledgeable and delivers on his promises. This is the 6th mortgage or refi he has done for me. Carol, his assistant, is also wonderful.

Jason Kong worked endlessly to make sure my loan closed on time. He was efficient, great communicator, respectful, friendly, and took care of all of the work for me. He made my list of things to do easy to understand and walked me through the process in a way that’s easy for someone not in then industry to understand. He made it possible to close my loan in 20 days!! Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING was done well, from the speed of service, the level of communication, the quality of answers given, and, especially, the incredibly professional attitude of everyone involved. If there was an option of 11 for my ratings, I would take it without hesitation. We love Loan Depot!

Steve Spriggs was great in loan initiation. However, things went down-hill after that... 1. Mortgage statement for Nov payment wasn't received. 2. Check for said payment, mailed on Oct 24 was never posted as of Nov 5. 3. We still cannot access website without a "service number", which no one we contacted by telephone (total 3 hours) was able to provide. 4. Loan number given us started with digit 6, which apparently was erroneous, and unrecognized by any phone staffer.

Would not recommend. Curtis Snell called me and was very pushy yet he would not run my situation into the computer to run numbers like all other lenders would prior to applying. He said he had the lowest rates and can beat anyone. I told him my DTI was just under 50% and only with the tax reassessment exclusion as the tax rate would not increase after closing. He refused to tell me their DTI requirement but he did tell me the taxes shouldn’t be a problem and pushed me to apply. He told me rates were as low as 3.625% but I needed to apply to see if I qualify for that rate. Out of all 8 lenders I applied with this was the only one that denied me due to DTI and it was because they wouldn’t accept that my property taxes would not go up due to an exclusion that I qualified for. Such a waste of my time and so disappointing. Every time I’d check Zillow or Bank Rate or Lending Tree their rates were more in the 4%s so I’m not sure why he said they were in the 3.625%s. I am extremely upset I ran my credit here as I was out of the timeframe allowed to shop rates but was enticed by the supposed 3.625%. If he had been truthful that his company wouldn’t use the current tax rate then I would have never applied because I would have known I would be over 50% dti that would likely disqualify me for the loan amount I needed. Very communicative before you apply. Once I ran into the tax issue he gave up and became unresponsive.

Maritza Camarena nmls#49997 continues to text me about cash out refi. I have nothing to do with this company. The text even star out as “Hi, Elizabeth!” NOT MY NAME! I responded to her and the company to not contact me again. What do you know… the text keep coming.

Loan Depot helped get us a great mortgage and was essential throughout the process. We worked with Shila C. and she was amazing! From the very beginning she spent much time on the phone with us explaining the process, informing us of different loan programs, and answering any question we had along the way. We so appreciated how responsive she was, her professionalism, and knowledge! In the end, Loan Depot got our loan closed in less time than our 21 day escrow! Highly recommend and would use them again.

Jonathan Aguilar is so personable, competent, professional and without a doubt knowledgeable in his craft. He knew every detail of my loan and could help or answer any issue or question at any time and was extremely efficient. Rarely do you come across individuals that not only exceed expectations ,but that you are left thinking you just did business with an elite company that provides stellar service. Went through one of the online apps for multiple mortgage companies. A few called us back and Marc Owens from Loan Depot was far and above the rest. (others seemed like they were doing a hard sell, whereas Owens actually provided us with information to guide us ) I highly recommend him.

Ralph and Carol are incredibly communicative, and thorough. The both take the time to educate, and explain everything along the way.
