Investors Bank Prospect St, East Orange

I really dislike going to this branch. They’re not inviting as the other branches and you could never even get a proper greeting when you walk in. The old security guard at least use to greet me, this new one just stares.

Worst branch because everyone wants to sit around and do nothing. They never have a smile on their face as if they’re force to be there

First time visit to open a savings account. Friendly staff. Yvette Sterling was the person who attended me and gave me an excellent and professional service. I really recommend this bank.

This is the most awesome bank ever opened my first account here and have also been coming to this place for 18 years and I can say it's a really great bank, provides excellent service and timely as well.

Most of the tellers shouldn’t be involved with customer service. (A zero stars is what this location needs.) They are rude and have no couth! I hate having to go to this branch. But, unfortunately sometimes I must. The tellers need to be retrained with customer service classes (a few days and hours of training is definitely needed). If that doesn’t work, look into demotions, probation and termination. The Bloomfield location - better customer service.

Teller 1338 should not be involved in customer service her attitude horrendous. And telling customers the reason for her attitude os because sje doesnt want to be here. Yall should help her out and give her the push needs to be out the door

Really trash bank and very poor being that every time I go to the ATM it is always something wrong with it doesn’t matter the time of day. Don’t invest in investors bank you will never have access to basic ATM needs. Go to another bank!!!
