My experience with the Federal Credit Union Lending Team was extraordinary. My loan specialist was George Dawson. Mr. Dawson is very knowledgeable in the loan process and takes the customer's questions and concerns to heart. I must say, employee, 's like Mr. Dawson is a jewel for any organization to have on their team. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. I am giving him 5 stars for his outstanding customer service.

George was excellent in every aspect. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I wish all financial people were like George. Interior Federal Credit Union has alway been there for me! I have Checking, Saving, Visa, and Home Equity Loan through them. The staff and services are top notch, and their Loan Officers are very helpful and friendly! IFCU treats you like family and joining them was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was surprised how easy it was to apply for our vehicle loan and the speed in which the process occurred. I am also very happy with the service representative that was assigned to us. They made what can be a daunting process much more enjoyable.

My loan officer (Mrs. Sellers) made the whole car financing experience quick and easy. I was provided with a list of required documents that needed to be submitted from the dealer. She was very quick with the processing of the documents which took about 2 minutes to fill out. I will use Interior Federal Credit Union for any financial transactions in the future.

Had a great experience with this bank opening my account and working with their loan department. Karen in the auto loan department provides white glove service and prompt responses. I have banked with DOIFCU for almost 20 years and I have always been provided great customer service. I have seen a lot of improvements in their services and applications that have made banking and managing my money easier. I recently purchased a home and during that time everyone who I worked with to close on the sale was very responsive and helpful. After I purchased my home, Caroline and George from the loan office helped guide me to the best loan and were both outstanding during my application process. The great people and service stands out to me as the what I appreciate most about DOIFCU.

IFCU has been very easy to work with and as a newer member I have been approved with much better interest rates and higher credit limits than the other credit union that I have been with for over 6 years. Unfortunately, some credit unions get too big and start operating like banks, which is why I decided to look for a new credit union that still put their members first.

I called several times because I was locked out of my account because I had gotten a new phone number. After several attempts to update my account with the new number, finally I spoke to a woman who not only helped me to get into my account but to help me with the process of getting a new password. She was very capable of JOB and she went above and beyond to assist ME!! SO GRATEFUL TO HER FOR ALL of her HELP!! This employee should be COMENDED.

It was a bit difficult and frustrating trying to get to the right Department (not enough to subtract a start). Having said that, all of the representatives were very kind and considerate. Once I was at the right place, they were very helpful, very professional and very considerate of my time and expedited my request successfully and with quick turnaround time.

My tenure as a member is close to a decade, yet the professionalism, competency, and eagerness to help me in any situation has been heartfelt. From the top managers positions to the staff in each different department. I've always received top tier quality help, or answers to my many questions.
