We contacted Quicken Loans to start the process of refinancing my wife's house into both of our names. I was using the VA Loan and Quicken told me that we couldn't use the VA Loan to refinance because I was not currently an owner. Quicken wanted $500 up front to start which would be refunded into the loan at closing. Lastly quicken was over 2 full percentage points higher than what Andy got us. Andy is accommodating, professional, fast, and good at his job! He got us an amazing rate, closed within 30 days of contacting him, and charged no up front fees to complete the transaction. This was my first time buying a home. Andy made it seem so easy that I cant understand the jokes people make about how long or difficult the process is to buy or refinance a home. My wife said that it was a night and day difference from her old mortgage company, whom she loved and had a good relationship with. You cannot go wrong with this Company.
