Brad Cohen and his co-workers were quick, efficient, and professional. The process was amazingly fast from application to closing in just 17 days (it would have been 14 days, but MY schedule was full and we had to push it back a few days). The loan terms were excellent and the closing process was simple and convenient. We opted to have the closing at our kitchen table, with the closing agent coming to us, but there were other options available if we weren't comfortable with that. Incredible!

This is by far the best mortgage process I have ever experienced. From start to finish, the process was efficient and the team was professional, courteous, and prompt. MOST importantly, they were accessible throughout the entire process. I needed a prequalification to put an offer on a house we viewed. Jane called me and provided the approval within hours.
