InterBank N May Ave, Oklahoma City

I cash my checks here from my job at my nursing home as my bank holds my check for 24 hours. The tellers here are very friendly and never give me a hard time unlike the location on Memorial where one teller does not like to cash checks for nonmembers and treats us like dirt. I am a health care provider and don’t appreciate her attitude and now I understand why that branch has no business. I thought about getting an account there as that branch is close to where I live but not after being treated so terrible multiple times! Please close Memorial branch- I never have seen anyone in there anyways- and only transfer the 2 good tellers. But the May location is awesome! Keep up the good work !

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. I had $633.00 in my savings account which is tied to my checking account. A check goes in for $595.00 and they don't cover it and charge me $30. I call bank manager Chris Henry for 3 days, leave messages to try to get this resolved. and he doesn't call me back. I doubt if this is the bank policy not to call customers back. Very unprofessional.

Their website is always down, hardly any locations and they're always closed it seems. Bank elsewhere unless necessary.

People are rude. I went in once to attempt to open an account with a check from my employer. And went in another time to cash a check tied to an existing account that they have cashed before at least 4 times and they wouldn't do it.

I was treated like a criminal here. They ACCUSED ME OF FRAUD on a legitimate check and actually called the person who wrote it to me. Despicable, outrageous harassment. Should be shut down.

Very pleased. I moved from bank of America and couldn't be happier. They are very fair and accommodating. Always a greeting and a smile. Before I had a account there , the gave me a stranger a signature loan. I am looking forward to a long relationship .

I've had such great luck with this bank. They're all amazing and helpful people. Lucky to have found a smaller bank so I don't have to deal with the uber-massive corporate places with no soul.

Slow tellers. I sit on hold for long periods of time finally needing to hang up and just call them again. Poorly ran bank and will be closing my account to open another with a more customer friendly bank. DO NOT open an account here. Save your time/energy.

Been using Interbank on a loan for about 10 years. Had some bumps in the road when it was time to renew my loan and they reported to my credit that I was delinquent when that wasn’t the case. They did agree it was bank error and corrected it.

Tellers are always pleasant I've been banking there for years
