BancFirst Waterford Blvd, Oklahoma City

I’ve been with BancFirst for 3 years now and I must say the customer service at the Waterford branch is exceptional. I’ve always been treated with respect and the tellers are eager to assist you! It’s like Cheers everybody knows your name and it really feels like family. I’ve been with other banking institutions over the years but none of them compare to BancFirst. I’m a customer for life!

This is the WORST branch of BancFirst I have ever visited. Idk what is going on here but it’s ridiculous. This whole branch makes me want to switch banks! I have been with BancFirst for 10 years && can’t believe service is this terrible. Who is the branch manager here?!?!? Edit I just canceled all together and drained my account. Victor Cuevas should be fired. I’m thrilled to be going to a new bank! Chase here I come!

Been with BancFirst for many years and they have always treated me well. For an example I have never overdrawn my business account and one time I received a large check from a homeowner which in return I wrote a rather large check to a contractor he went straight to the bank to cash it and I was a little short on funds and the teller actually called me and let me know so I went straight there and deposited my check. So thanks to the teller I still have never overdrawn an account. She went above and beyond for me and I won't forget that.

Years ago, I moved to Kingfisher and banked at Kingfisher Bank & Trust ...... it became Bancfirst soon after. All the people I knew for over 20 years remained and it's great to actually call Bancfirst and talk to real people. Shout out to President Brent Henderson. He helped me more than he'll ever know. I will be with Bancfirst forever!!

I was at the Waterford Branch just a few minutes ago and was taken excellent care of by Conner Sparks. They're great people, and are always courteous, competent and willing to assist in any way they can.

I really like this branch. Banking here is comfortable and easy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Worst bank I’ve ever been too! I wanted to take my money out because they charged me 6 dollars that was in a savings account. The amount wasn’t a small amount but a large amount. My husband had passed and he had put it under our business account which we had closed before he died. They would not write it out to me even though my name was on the account and I showed we had closed the business down. I had to come back the third time to show my trust that it was to go to me 😡😡😡😡😡

I was doing business with a different bank when State lockdown occurred, I reached out to BancFirst looking for help with PPP loan as the application was not available thru my bank. Vice President Victor Cantu helped me apply for the loan. He was very professional, helpful, and made it an easy process. He went above and beyond for me. With the help of the loan, I am able to keep my business running. I shall always remember your kindness. BancFirst website has provided customers with the most updated information that customers need to know. Thank you for the help and support during these unprecedented and challenging times.

Absolutely by far the best bank iv'e had a checking account with. Friendliest bank tellers. 'beautiful and handsome staff.' The Bancfirst located right near 63rd and Penn, in okc ok. Number one customer service in my book. I am always greeted every-time I enter the building. Here employees actually remember who you are, by name. Makes one think, wow I'm in good hands, with bancfirst. Thank you keep up the outstanding good work. Merry Christmas

There's not much to choose from between most banks. So it's pretty hard to write them. They all take your money, they all keep it insured, they all make loans, and they all pay interest. The trick is to find one near you that gives you the surface you are looking for, and that has ATMs near where you shop a great deal.
