After getting lost trying to find their location I called and was instructed in the correct way to find them. I complained to Beverly, but after leaving I noticed Integrity Title Services Inc. Did send me their address and phone # via email a week prior to my closing. This company performed professionally, curtiously, and friendly. While explaining each line item on the closing sale of my house.

They surveyed our land I believe wrong! Instead of using wooden posts they stuck little white flags that have since blown away, we have been trying to reach them since before Xmas to redo the survey! When u call your put on hold for 10 minutes or more! I think they are very unprofessional! Would not use them!

Our part of the closing went smoothly until I called to ask a simple question regarding the passing of keys. I was curtly told to contact my agent and that staff at Integrity does not pick up keys. Riiight...honestly, we have closed on several properties at other offices in Venice and have never been treated so rudely.
