I have done 3 home purchases and 3 refinances using Innovative Mortgage (using both as a broker and realtor) and have nothing but positive experience with them. Mark and Pete have been knowledgeable, honest, helpful and could not have been more responsive. One of the purchases was especially challenging and I can not imagine we would have gotten through it with any other broker.
