We received professional and helpful service on our first commercial car purchase. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Loan officer Gabriela was really helpful and easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. We were very pleased with the interest rate we received. As a longtime member (34 years) of Metro Federal Credit Union I have had the pleasure of interacting with many employees at the credit union through the years. My most recent experience was applying for and receiving a loan for a vehicle. I had contact with several people in the loan department and front desk area and want to say I was treated with courtesy, kindness and most importantly, as a valued member of MFCU. I further want to commend Anna Ignut, Loan Coordinator who was my contact person. She was professional, detailed and helpful throughout the entire process. She was extremely patient, helpful and faster than Jimmy John’s when it came to getting things done that I’ve seen take an long time at other banks. Ana took the time to take my calls and see me right away when I stopped by without an appointment. I haven’t had customer service this good in a long time! I have been a member of Metro for eight years. The service there is amazing. I have recently refinanced my mortgage with Metro, and opened a home equity line of credit. The process was very easy, and Gabriela (the representative I worked with) is the nicest person! Not only was Gabby VERY knowledgeable, but she was able and willing to answer all of my questions and explain things in detail. I would highly recommend banking with Metro, as well as looking to them for lending. Seriously, call Gabby and at the very least explore your options. She was never pushy and talk to me through everything. I couldn’t be happier!
