Love banking at Inland! I prefer not to be tied-down to any one bank. The main banking institution we've been with for years offers almost nothing with regards to interest rates and they were an incredible hassle in some areas for us. Inland made life easy for us. The folks at Inland were great in that their service was very personable. Their banker, Becky Ribsby, was awesome. We met with her one week and a week later when I stopped in she said 'Hello Mark'. When they remember your name that leaves a great impression! I don't care about their rewards programs, but I like that the interest rate we get from them far exceeds that of other major Chicagoland banks.

I️ love Inland Bank! All the other banks I️ have been to have extra fees so they can pay for their rewards program. Special thanks to Tim for helping us open a business account with no fees. You guys rock!

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. The parking lot is very dangerous to get in and out and they bank does not offer anything of value compared to other banks. Everything takes more time and effort. Not worth it. The points program is very confusing and hard to understand as well.

Inland Bank is definitely a community bank. Betsy D'Onofrio helped me with my mortgage, and Joe Christopher helped with my DBA. They went above and beyond. Lori Murray guided me through the process. They are very lucky to have such great people.

I cannot ever just log on. Now I have had to change my password, and it still locks me out. It locks me out from using my debit card when I have money in my account. They're good at locking you up.

This is the most horrible banking experience I've every had, front start to finish, been with them for about a year. Never again stay away..
