    I have been a customer of Villa Park bank for over 40 years and they became BMO Harris within the last 10 yrs. The transition was fine until they started to have online reps based in other counties than the US. The reps read from a script, don’t understand your questions and basically blow you off. The personal bankers located in the Villa Park branch are also very short with their customers, with poor customer service skills. Although I don’t want to, BMO has forced me to look for a new banking institution.

    UPDATE: Dear owner. My name and photo are clearly in this post. If your company wanted to do the right thing - it does not take another email. Alex knows who I am and he has my number. Quite frankly, too little too late. Terrible!!!!! They don't work with you and don't care if they cannot help you. Branch manager never called me back after he determined he could not help - even though he said he would. Clearly treating you like a valued customer is not in their job description. No remorse given he could not help - did not even say he was sorry he could not help me . They are so bad, they will not even take this to heart. You will get better customer service at the McDonalds across the street. They treat you with more respect and service spending $5 than this branch does for a client who has an account in excess of $100,000 (that was until today). Will be moving funds to another institution that values interactions with customers.

    Unfriendly lady who setup my account entered wrong information for username and password. Online banking is not easy to find information. The shear number bank policies are frustrating and not customer friendly. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

    Not a good experience here. Had some issues I was hoping to speak to someone about at the local branch. Your manager basically pushed me out the door and wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to care too much! I would suggest you go to a bank like PNC instead as they actually value their customers and know how to treat them.

    Peoples money getting stuck in atm what the hell is these bmo bank are doing you suppose to fix the problem right away not make customer wait for several days without money I can't wait for lawsuit and on top of that customer service line makes you wait for 1 hour before getting hold of anyone pathetic bank to deal with.

    I had to call 4 times to confirm my account has been closed. I went to the branch personally on October 28th to close it and as of today it is still open. What a joke! I would appreciate my account CLOSED. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Made the mistake of coming to this bank and sat in their Lobby for half an hour nobody said anything to me I cannot believe they're even in business I would just avoid to this bank if I were you piss poor customer service, tellers busy having a good ole time chatting away. There was a gentleman sitting in lobby with me who looked very unhappy, Hopefully closing his account.
