Drove 40 min to get here to buy my mother is law a necklace for her birthday but when I got here they no longer had it. I still found something beautiful to gift her. Arely Castillo is really helpful and nice she showed me all the pieces I wanted to see and to try on for myself as well. I used to love this place. They were always so kind, helpful, and didn’t want you to give up your stuff. This has all changed. They didn’t want to work with me, and I missed my first payment and got a call that my stuff would go for sale in a few days and asked if I wanted it! I told them with work situation I would get in there ASAP. So I went and paid the loan in full to get my stuff back right away. Used to be great people and the owner would always work with you but this has all changed and saddens me to have to leave this kind of review

The best shop I have ever come across... They are there for the people's to help them.... Not to steal and take advantage of.... Very shocked by their actions , many of them don't exist. Very few the road is narrow..... Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars I was Rob by pawn waiting on one mistake to steal my hard working merchandise...... I was late for 2 months I knew I lost it , I was so wrong ,they said no you did not lose it we work with people like you so you can have your merchandise back.. totally.. finally someone that care in my desperate times of need .....
