I had the pleasure of getting a loan at this location the girls that were present at the time were super friendly, I was acknowledge as soon as I walked in and that was a great feeling!! let me say how nice and clean the store was I felt super comfortable providing my information without feeling like the other potential customers could hear me. the young lady that took care of me I believe to be the store manager Maria she was exceptional!!! she made me feel super comfortable and did everything in her power to help me get a loan. after approval Maria made sure to explain everything in great detail and made sure I understood. she never once got annoyed by my many questions and responded to every single one! I give this PLS store 5 stars but Maria gets 10 stars!!! I will definitely be coming back here in the future and hope Maria is still there!! Cant say enough about her thank you for the AMAZING customer service Maria! you're a great asset to PLS and they are lucky to have you!!

My son needed a loan on short notice. We were helped by Kayla and she was very patient and nice. She took her time and made sure to explain everything. The manager Maria was helpful as well. They were both very friendly and made the whole process pleasant. It all went smooth and we walked out with cash in about 30 minutes. We are pleased with our experience.
