I spoke with Jay from infusion capital today, and I’m very grateful for how he handled the conversation. He was very well-spoken and transparent with any questions I had. After today, I will only be working with Jay as he even helped me reduce the number of spam calls I get on a daily basis absolute 10/10 in communication and professionalism.

Infusion capital honestly deserves a better rep. I spoke with their underwriter Nick and the amount of transparency was mind-blowing; I ran into no issues, and the entire process was easy as pie. I’m genuinely thankful I picked up that phone and took a chance with this firm.

I have been trying to contact this company to get issues resolved for weeks now. My phone calls are not being returned, or answered, alongside emails. The last time I spoke with a representative, they were rude & provided zero help whatsoever with the resolving the current issue. I would NOT recommend financing through this company by any means. Lack of adequate customer service & being unresponsive is the reason I gave such a low review, and after doing slim research, I’ve found multiple others have had similar experiences. Anyone else noticing a PATTERN here? Never going through this company again!

I'm so tired of the relentless spam calls. If your a legitimate business agents would call on a phone number that can be returned not a hijacked number. Would never do business with them

A few weeks ago, I was looking for a loan due to my business struggling from COVID. This was my first time taking out a loan, so I had some concerns. I have been working with Jay over the past week and he has been an excellent resource on helping me acquire funding and clearing any concerns or questions I had. He is very friendly and professional, and I can't recommend him enough.

To say working with Jay was a Fantastic Experience would be an Understatement. He's completely helpful and understood all of my concerns. He's extremely caring and i honestly cant recommend someone better.

This company does not understand how to remove someone from a list. I have asked them six different times to stop calling me and they keep calling me. Not only that, when I tell them this they hang up, they don’t even tell me they will remove me from their list

Jokers keep wasting their time calling me every week. I don’t even own a buisness. If they would take people off the list who are not interested, I imagine it would make them much more efficient.
