I spoke to a couple of lenders before I was referred to Pranav by a colleague. All other lenders promised lowest fees/interest-rate, seamless experience blah blah. I would have ended up paying a higher mortgage and around 10K extra had it not been for Pranav. Pranav comes with an analytical approach to lending. You got to talk to him to understand how lending works. Just listen to his perspective and do your own research. He is straight forward, to the point, and doesn’t mince the words. There are others who'd treat you like a Prince but then royalty is expensive. And, relation with Pranav does NOT end with the purchase. He is constantly on lookout to get you a lower mortgage (refinance) and keeps you posted. You are in good hands if you are with Pranav.
