I love Infiniti of Syracuse. My car is a 2013 and even though I bought it in Rochester they have always serviced it in Syracuse. They are always so kind, honest and up front and the car is just amazing and barely ever needs anything. We’re getting ready to replace it and will definitely purchase a new car here too. The staff was great...no pressure sales...lot's of great information and explanation of the models, the specs, financing options, etc. Day of pickup was easy-peasy, especially the review of the "buttons" and settings in the car. It was a pleasure to meet the owner (Dan?) the day we picked up the car.

Dealt specifically with parts however i have nothing but great things to say about the parts department! I needed a specific part for my INFINITI and the manager was able to source it and have it on the counter ready for pickup within hours. Frank was absolutely great to talk with very knowledgeable and helpful with my vehicle, i highly recommend coming here.

I typically do not leave reviews ,but felt compelled to after we were treated in such a professional manner by Lowery Bros. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them and signed all paperwork. The next day me wife got cold feet and backed out. This is an embarrassing situation to say the least. The sales staff and management were kind, courteous, and couldn't have been more understanding about the situation. They refunded our deposit and voided the contract. We still are shopping for a vehicle, and are hoping to still do business with them at a different price point. I will be recommending Lowery to our friends. Top notch customer service.
