Industrial Bank Georgia Ave, Washington

I decided to bank with industrial because it’s black owned. Services are good but the manor of the security is deplorable to say the least. Twice coming in to this branch he has caused a problem due to lack of customer service on his end!

I Applied for a Checking and Savings Account Online. It took them 2 days to contact me which was surprising because this is in the middle of the big merge. Industrial bank bought City National Bank of New Jersey. The Young Lady Patricia was very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot wait to make this bank my primary bank.

The staff here are very nice they were so helpful when I set up an account for my son (minor) account. They are so willing to help him there is no need for me to be there for him to conduct business for himself. The have a coin counter so we are able to deposit what he has saved. It is a black owned business and I believe in supporting us. Will I continue to do business with them yes I will. Will I refer others to them, yes I will.

On multiple occasions industrial bank has lost transactions and they have horrible customer service. I am out of town without money because of an banking error and every person I speak to says we can call you in 24 hours...... nothing is ever handled unless you go in but I’m out of town. I will be finding a new bank for 2019!

Great banking experience from beginning to end! They included our whole family and helped us through beginning a solid financial future. We are grateful!

They shut down their flagship location in NE DC before opening the new location on Benning Rd NE and removed the ATM from the Denny's across the street from the flagship location which was stupid! And now that I recently got new Samsung cell phone, their app doesn't work! Ridiculous!

Horrible Bank I lost my debit card August 2017, I’ve went into the branch several different times and called it’s the middle of January 2018 I still haven’t recieved a debit card. On top of that they let a transaction go through on a card that was reported lost when I went back into the bank to speak with a someone the females were relaxing having a very engaging non work related conversation while the waiting room went from 3 people to eight. I left while others were walking in. I was forced to sign back up with my old bank. So much for keeping the money in the community.

Horrible financial institution. Was trying to bank black but this isn't a good move. Hell a Rush card is better. Three times my funds were tied up due to this bank. And it was an extremely inconvenient experience each time. Definitely closing this account once this last issue is cleared up if it ever is.

The many times I have went to this black bank, I have NEVER had a bad times there. EVER!
