Do not bank here. I repeat don’t bank here. These crooks stole over $25,000 from my personal account without any personal consent. I’m not sure what’s the case, but when I called to verify they didn’t know why they stole the money. Wasted days of my time clarifying what happened and due to COVID-19 I was unable to just walk into bank to clear things up. Took me weeks to get to the bottom of the situation and has been a major inconvenience during these times. I will be taking my business elsewhere because this is the worse experience I had with a bank in my life.

Andrew Credit Union automated service and wait time is totally unacceptable. I have been a member for over 10 yeats and i have never experienced such bad telephone service. But why I am truly considering closing my account is due to the fact that just because I chose to have only a saving account for years I can not longer have ATM privileges. This is the worse .

This place has the sickess policies on visiting for business. I went inside the 1st time to get my balance. I returned again to use the atm n the machine was down. Went inside to make a withdrawal with a mixed race teller n was told to take my scull hat off. I refused because I didn't go thru this for my 1st visit with the black teller. The mixed race teller refused my service n his superior co-signed on the refusal. I'm a black 65 yr. old female n I was discriminated against solely because of his policy..which was sickening. Before leaving the atm I witnessed a black Muslim family ( lady head n body in wraps.little girl same attire n a man in couffee ) enter n recieve services with the same black lady that waited on me the 1st time. This is not across the board policy otherwise the black lady would have done the same. I'm not going to be silent when a non professional boy challenges me about a hat that concealed nothing other that my hair. How rude sickening people get a chance to serve the public is beyond me but I will be putting this behavior on BLAST for the world to know

I once was happy with this credit union but now I'm not they use to stay open on Friday's until 6:00pm but now after looking online I see that there hours has changed from 6:00pm to now 5:00pm this is what you call an inconvenience to the customers now at this location. They need to change that time back to 6:00pm.

Been with credit union for 30 year's always have had a positive experience in their banking center's.

This is the worst credit union I’ve ever been too. They have a sigh saying by appointment only. They have you standing outside forever in 100 degree weather while they take your information, deposit, etc. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life! I’m paying my credit card off and closing my account today! NAVY FCU will get all my business from now on

Head Teller Natalie Johnson was such a joy to work with. Very professional, considerate, and helpful. Excellent customer service. The whole vibe of the branch office was friendly. The staff cares about their customers.

People in there work with you according your investment, plus they have great bonuses to provide the aid needed, if needed, my exerience, however, chip card have been a problem. Need quick accurate response. Be mindful, I only have been with Andrews for 2 months, will be better. Have faith in them

I have always been treated with respect and good customer service. Tina is wonderful aswell as everyone I have been serviced by. I would recommend this business to friends and family.
