(Edited Review.) A bit challenging experience earlier but I like that Bank of America is quick to reach out to resolve any concern. This means that they take their customers seriously. The manager here is professional and willing to address any customer concerns. This location remains my local bank of choice.

A couple of minutes ago, I was in this branch with my family for service. Surprisingly, my daughter needs to use the restroom. The guy on the front desk in customer service refuses to use the bathroom. I never recommend using anyone at this branch because they don't care about customers.

First time ever to leave a review in my life and I’m extremely disappointed with this branch . As a business owner I been with Bank of America for more then 20+ years here comes this so call branch manager Martin always rude and beyond unprofessional.

Customer service was very unacceptable...the Spanish woman who greets you and ask what you need was very impolite...she doesn’t know how to handle irate customers...instead she walks away from the problem...why would you walk away from your customer???? This individual needs retraining in how to handle customers not effectively!!! Poor customer service Time to start looking for a new bank

I was extremely upset. I have been handling my family business account for over 7 years and never have I had a problem depositing money till today. This branch has a very unprofessional and rude guy who supposed to be the manager name Martin. Just because he had to do a CTR he gave me a hard time and eventually I had to take my deposit back from teller and take deposit to another branch because he was not accepting my cash. I also have a personal account with Bank Of America and a real Manger knows that all my info is in the account but he never bothered to ask me. He also wanted to talk to me in Spanish because he did not want all the tellers to know what he was saying. I am an American. He should not be working for a bank.

I don't come here often, but when I do, I spend a very long time waiting in the line! There's always only ONE teller! Today I came in to get change for my store, spent over 30 minutes in the line. The teller named Netsanet told a customer who also waited in line a long time that she could not help her & had to go to the machines. She stepped out of her position at the teller & spent another 10 minutes with another person who was already at the machine. She left the line unattended when she could have just helped the young lady in line & could have even been done with her by that time!! There's also never anyone in the front of the store to help the customers at the machines which is why she had to do it. Never a pleasant visit. Always short staffed! I would never come here if my store wasn't just 10 ft away! This store needs more staff or quicker ones.

Teller at lunch, no manager would step in. Had to wait for teller to return. Waited for another 15 mi. Without success. Had to leave without doing business. Wanted to transact business for my church which has banked with BOA for more than 20 years. Very disappointed with lack of initiative and customer service provided by the "so called" two managers that said those in line had to wait for the teller to return.

Super slow, avoid if you are looking for a an efficient service. Update:. Over 30 mins by the teller line to withdraw some money with just 3 people in front of me...still waiting. Never coming back to this branch.

Am here today to get a letter of reference and the teller who later said he was the manager- Hosea said he is not able to provide me with all the information I needed on the letter. When I asked his name he said I have to sit down and wait. I don’t know why I had to wait just to get his name. 10 minutes later, I asked for his name again and he gave me his first name-Hosea When I was asking why I can’t get the information I requested which was just to get the summary of the deposits I made throughout the year, he was rude and unprofessional. I am so sorry to find out such a big institution like Bank of America has such an unfit manager, no wonder why this branch has a very low rating. I am very discouraged and will not visit this bank anymore.
