Everyone was nice at first, but then I realized the loan department doesn’t like to work before 11am or after 4pm, they completely stopped emailing me as soon as 4pm came. Also, I had to constantly reach out to them for updates, instead of them reaching out to me. I was denied for the loan but I don’t understand y they said because my old contractor went out of Buisness and I had to switch but it’s the exact same work for the exact same company. And I make good money have little debt and have good credit. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for your loan.

Man where do I start. I drove over an hour to get to the nearest IMCU which happened to be this one with only 15 minutes left to close the lady at the window seemed happy to help. I was dealing with a time sensitive issue and I needed a new debit card printed for me that day. I got there a little after the lobby closed and they said the machine was already locked up for the day but I explained my situation and they decided to help me. They even stayed a little after close to make sure when I called to reset my PIN that it went through and worked properly. This isn't the first time an IMCU associate has what I felt above and beyond for me, Mindi Jenkins from another branch. It is nice to know and feel that you can go to a bank and you will be taken care of.

IMCU has always been a great place to bank but one of the tellers that answered my call today, Tammy, was extremely rude. First time I've ever run into that issue with IMCU...make sure your employees are ready to put on a happy face when they come in...doesn't take much to turn someone off!

Charged late fees for their own mistake. Switching banks, even though all are evil.

They lower rates after I told them I could get a lower rate from the dealership...why not just give the best rate to begin with! Never doing business here !! BOOOOO

I can't say enough good things about this IMCU. The loan officer I worked with was Tiffany. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If anyone needs any assistance with their finances Tiffany at IMCU is the gal to see.

Always a good experience dealing with IMCU. As little as we use the lobby for service, when we do they remember our names and ask about our family. Makes you feel more appreciated than other banks we use in the area. Misty has always been especially helpful.

Probably one of my favorite financial institutions that I've done business with. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and very rarely have I had to wait in line.
