Bank of America Financial Center S State Rd, Greenwood

Could care less about a business account owner. Not sure what staff does, considering there were 8 of us in line, and 4 people working today, but no one could be bothered to come out of their glass encased office and help us except one woman who didn’t bother to ask any of us why we were there etc. Moving my business accounts to literally anyone else near me as this is beyond ridiculous.

Not a good bank, bellow average. Don’t get fooled by their fancy lobby, they almost the slowest bank. I still like the traditional bank with counters and windows

This location Bank of America Greenwood IN Poor counter,cashier,employees are lazy. Today I am visit and withdraw cash money 2:30 minutes to waiting 😡

Just an awful place to do business. Got a decent rate on a car loan, would have paid more if we'd known. The most indifferent, lazy staff I've ever seen, and banks aren't known for enthusiasm.

Worst bank EVER to deal with in person. No tellers-trying to pay a credit card bill is impossible and I shouldn’t need an appointment to do something so trivial. The whole place is a fishbowl with long lines, no help and rude customer service.

Long wait times, incompetent, poorly trained, and unprofessional staff. Could not recommend this branch, or BoA, generally.

Don’t make your own hours and stick to your scheduled hours.

I felt the staff was extremely helpful and easy to do business with.
