The worst bank ever my husband has had an account for a while and every time he tries to use his debit card at the atm it doesn’t work he has gone inside and told them and they take him back outside and are like oh try this no one knows squat at this bank we can never access our money when we need it I keep telling him to pull his money and go elsewhere it’s not worth the headache

The worst place to get a car loan they are absolutely terrible and rude! My husband goes through chase for his car loan and they are absolutely wonderful compared to forum!!! They start calling and harassing you even if you are one day late, even though you are supposedly supposed to have a 10 day grace period!!! and every single person who works there is very rude!!

This is hands down the WORST Credit Union I've ever had to deal with. We had a car loan through them and the car was totaled. Our insurance contacted Forum about sending a check, Forum consistently messed up the entire process. They sent the payoff information to the wrong account, they refused to talk to the insurance company in spite of a vehicle Power of Attorney in place. They called us every two days once the account was past due IN SPITE OF NOTES ON THE ACCOUNT STATING WHAT WAS GOING ON. A 'supervisor' told us she would call the insurance company, and then when they called us two days later about collections they told us she somehow 'couldn't get a hold of them'. Because, you know, national insurance companies just ignore their phones on the regular. They told us 'oh it will ding your credit after 30 days past due', and then sent the account to collections after less than two weeks. This is an abysmal Credit Union and everyone should stay as far away as possible.

So I opened a account and my wallet got stollen I went into the bank reported this to them they canceled my cards and not my checks so they I had charges come through by EFT it was a withdrawal from att wireless they would do nothing for me and then kept trying to send it through even though I notified them it wasn’t my charge I don’t even have a at&t account I have Verizon wireless needless to say it’s fraud and they did not want to do anything but line there own pockets I ended up paying 200 dollars for something I didn’t even do or had no control over !!!!!! The manager at this branch is a joke it’s ok all crooks gotta stay togerther right !!!!

Probably a good bank but their Online onboarding is not very good—the option is to go into a branch. They need to review and improve their Information Technology including the call the branch tech—six different voices just to call in. And in the branch they are a little bit snippy.

Terrible service, want to charge me to make a payment to an auto loan through them, but there online accounting doesn't work properly so the customer gets the raw deal. I will never bank with forum again after this. Charge $18 to make payment in the bank and $10 over the phone. The online is a $1 fee but never works. Avoid this place like the plague
