Do you not use this title company!! They are unethical and unprofessional. They wanted my customer to contact somebody on their deathbed to make sure they’re still breathing. They also make you pay for every little thing which makes you wonder what are you actually paying for. They are rude and really don’t care about your well-being or time.

I closed a cash deal here and it took two weeks for them to close. There are other title companies that will close in one week. There were times that they said they would email the seller and they did not. I was in close contact with both the buyer and seller. The seller forwarded me the emails and they waited over a week to request info on the original mortgage. So I gave them three stars because they did not make any horrible mistakes but it could have closed sooner.

TERRIBLE TITLE COMPANY - Find another company to close your loan. Communication during the closing process was definitely lacking and I had to track people down in order to get documentation and process information. Now for the worst part. We closed on our property back in September - THEY NEVER PAID insurance or taxes on the property even though collecting the money and supposedly starting an escrow account. THIS IS HORRIBLE! Now we are being threatened by both the county and our insurance agency if we do not pay ASAP.
