My wife and I used Independence Home Mortgage to refinance our home. We really appreciated how easy they made the process for us. I want to give a shout out to Rick especially. He was very informative and helpful. He was readily available whenever we had questions or concerns. The rate he got us was much better than quotes I got from other brokers and there were no suspicious fees added anywhere. What they quoted actually ended being lower at closing. I highly recommend them!

I was blessed to get to work with Nancy and Laura. They are extremely professional and nice. Nancy guided me to all the process. She was always honest about my loan situation . I started the second week of December 2020 and my closing was February 26th 2021. My case was really complicated, my budget was tight and my income not that high. As you noticed... a very complicated case but even like that they got me a great rate!!! Nancy, was available day and night, answering all my questions and giving great advices in order to make it work, she always kept me updated until last minute when she was sitting next to me in the closing(very nice of her).
