    Always a great experience to deal with my favorite credit union. I have been with this credit union for over 30 yrs the service and many benefits provided are exceptional. Patricia Casella is very professional has excellent experience in assisting the customer. She is a great asset to PFFCU.

    This credit Union is ridiculous charging somebody $5 to replace their card that broke that you've had for a couple years. The teller that help me was absolutely amazing and I thank her very much but this company is a joke probably be closing it soon.

    Rude staff. Charges $20 for non-members to cash a check written on THEIR CHECKS. I closed my account when I found out they charge people $20 to cash a PFFCU check if they don't have an account there. If this is how they treat non-members when Members are being charged fees then I want nothing to do them. There are better Credit Unions that treat ALL PEOPLE fairly & nicely.

    I had no problems with the credit union while I had an account with the Warminster branch, but when I decided to close the account, I was treated rudely, spoken down to, and struggled with the employee to withdraw the funds from my account. The employee insisted on knowing why I wanted to close the account, which was not her business, and then scoffed when the reason was not up to her standards. The whole process left a very sour taste in my mouth and ensured I will not be returning in the future.

    Waiting in the customer service area for over a half an hour with no acknowledgement from anyone. The customer service reps walked past me without telling me how long the wait would be, very unprofessional. I will not return

    A little busy, but always clean and polite. You do not have to make an appointment to open account. You sign in at a kiosk and wait for a little.

    I like where the location is but I hate speaking to the reps. I was in twice to talk to them about a new card because a letter went out saying that your debit card may have been used for illegal purchases. Went in god a new card and then received a call about 20 minutes later asking to check my card to see if everything is right because they may have printed a duplicate of my card. That was 1. second was 12/28/2018 went to put in a claim about a withdraw on my card that I did not make. Put a claim in and said I would receive my refund of $202.00. However 10 days has passed and went to call about my account in which the person who took my claim NEVER PUT IT IN AND WAS NEVER TOLD TO CONTACT WORLD PAY!!! How is that good customer service?! The tellers aren't bad I just give them what money I have left over and they are fast no issues with that. However, your reps who help them with loans and such need more training.

    since oct i had been trying to speak to someone about a fha loan 1 email then nothing i let it go because i had Covid related issues flaring up from working in emergency healthcare in march I called back only to be meet with attitude and dismissal i called multiple times to my Mortgage Advisor no response I only received a response to the first email after 2 moths where they said they had no idea how they missed me and would love to talk now I sent another email maybe it might be better its been 7 days and no response i have never felt so angry and so helpless before thank you for the new low.
